- Another wild and wonderful bead from my "rare and unusual" mosaic bead collection. Bold, almost vibrating, black and white stripes blend into a very rare muted blue-green color around contracting circles of white, blue, amber and red.
- This is a big bead at 32x14mm with a perfect patina and only a few tiny chips at one end.
- Made in Venice, Italy for the African trade, late 1800s
