Small, 5x 6 or 7mm vintage powderglass beads from the 1970s or 80s just when striped Krobo beads were starting to appear on the market
22-inch strand featuring the full range of early colors: green, brown, blue and grey.
To create the stripes small quantities of pulverized glass of different colors were layered into a clay mold. A green twig was placed where the hole would be. When the mold and the beads were heated in a kiln, the glass particles fused together to form beads, while the twig burned away leaving the perforation.
