- Coppery freshwater pearls, almost round 5mm on 16-inch strand
- Perfectly round pearls are extremely rare and outside the price range of most amateur jewelers so round tends to mean "very close to round or at least more round than any other shape"
- Only one strand available
- These vintage pearls are a softly glowing copper color although they fall under the larger "Bronze Pearls" classificaiton
- The Chinese cultured some pearls in the 12th or 13th century, but the Japanese developed it into an industry in the 1890s, inserting mother-of-pearl beads as the basis of their cultured Pearls.
