These diamond tipped are useful for cleaning, or softening rough edges, or enlarging holes of beads made of softer materials like wood, horn, bone, resin, even some metal, stone, and glass beads.
Use the red and yellow reamers for enlarging holes
The blue and green ones are for softening edges to keep them from cutting your thread.
Important: Use slow gentle twisting pressure to avoid breaking or chipping the beads. If the beads get hot, allow them to cool, or work on them in a bowl of water or under a dripping tap
These reamers will be more effective with less effort on softer materials than on hard ones.
