These are rare because of their white cores and the design, which involves painterly blue stripes interspersed with amber, red and white dots, sometimes feathered.
They are in some ways similar to the popular Ghana Eyes style, although I find these even more attractive
Made in Venice, Italy mid-1800s to early 1900s for the African trade
This matched collector/designer set of 7 beads in 4 sizes comes from my personal collection, begun when I lived in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire in the early 1970s and fell in love with trade beads
