Natural horn is usually grey to black, and is traditionally dyed a dark cranberry red or amber color. The black may also be dyed for uniformity - as are the water buffalo themselves - especially for festivals :) Hair dye is the popular choice for the animals, not sure if it's also what they use on the beads.
All colors passed the nail polish test, so the dye is good quality and won't bleed
