Set of 2 collectible Antique Venetian Trade Beads with entire multi-color canes applied to the core lengthwise, rather than in the usual way as thin can slices (aka murrine)
First image shows the chevron cane ends visible at the end of the bead
The other image shows the outside of the beads
I'm not sure why this would be done, surely many more beads could have been made if they canes were sliced into murrine.
Only on set exactly like this altho I have another set of 3 (JSD--241) and a similar one with green stripes (JSD-274)
