Made in Venice, Italy between late 1800s and early 1900s for the African trade
Bought in the Treichville market of Abidjan, Ivory Coast in 1971
For designers this strand brings variety of patterns within a single harmonious palette for earrings (strand includes sets of pairs), bracelets or necklaces
For the collector its a nice mix slices (murrine) made from all three kinds of canes: composite (bundled) cased (plain and dip molded) and hybrid.
