- Set of 8 small Moroccan silver coins 14-17mm diameter
- Some are worn so smooth you can't see the date, but others are marked 1299 and 1321 which equate to 1881 and 1903 in our calendar system.
- Some show evidence of having had soldered on loops at one time. The rings currently in the coins are new.
- Silver is considered auspicious in both Islam and among the Imazighen (Berbers) of Morocco, and coins have long served as pendants in the creative necklaces Moroccan women create for themselves.
