- Antique translucent blue tubular beads most about 10mm diameter and 20mm long with some variations in size, color and shape.
- These are most correctly called Cori beads (per Pete Francis) and have been highly valued and widely traded between Nigeria and Ghana since the 1400 or earlier.
- Possibly of Dutch origin they were traded for gold by the Portuguese
- Each of these two available strands was compiled by a serious collector and designer to include and equal number important examples.
- The holes in these beads are large enough for 2mm leather.
