- These beads are priced and sold as a set of 4
- There are actually two pairs, perfect for a collection or earrings
- Yellow glass with raised decoration in green red and pink on one pair and blue and white on the other pair. Both pairs have trailed goldstone.
- The pair with blue and white is 14mm diameter
- The pair with green and pink is 13mm diameter
- All are in perfect shape and should NOT be confused with similar vintage or new examples of this style. These are much more detailed.
- Made in Venice, Italy late 1800s to early 1900s, probably not for the African trade, but some ended up there. It's very rare to find any in such good condition. They were not really made to stand up the to rough treatment most African beads endure as they travel through time and across continents and oceans.
