- These beads are priced and sold as a set of 2
- Two beads made with the same components, but at different scales. The larger of the beads is 47x13mm with 10mm-wide stripes green on either side of red white and blue ribbon of glass. The smaller bead is 40x11 and stripes are only 4mm wide, but composed of the same composite cane as the ones on the larger bead, just stretched out so it's narrower
- Technically they are not millefiori beads, but they are not lampworked either. The stripes applied parallel to the hole in the bead are made of mosaic cane so they've found their way into the millefiori collection.
- Made in Venice, Italy for the African trade, early 1900s
