- These beads are priced and sold as a set of 2
- Rare yellow and red mixed core (see second image) by the early 1800s most cores were standardized to black or dark blue.
- The bright red and yellow in these, however, dates them after WWI in the early 1900s
- Each end is decorated with a ring of classic green and amber moulded chevron/star murrine. Each bead measures 20x10mm
- Made in Venice, Italy for the African trade, early 1900s
