- This might have fooled me into thinking it was Gond brass if I'd first seen it a poorly lit market stall in India, and I wonder if that's what the makers had in mind...
- In good light I'm positive these are relatively new Indian beads, but they've done a really good job at making the strand look interesting and old.
- Either way, the tiny beads are really quite amazing.
- Real antique Gond brass beads are even more irregular and also not strung in neatly repeating patterns.
