- In Tibetan culture dragons have great power and other positive characteristics related to change, wealth, strong yang energy, and creativity.
- These are from Nepal, but much of the work found there is, at least influenced by and sometimes even made by, refugees from Tibet or other neighboring countries. I'm calling the Asian beads and pendants I'm listing this month "Himalayan" to acknowledge the similarities and overlap in materials, design, and craftsmanship throughout the region.
