- Antique museum quality pieces made of heavy silver with fire gilding and real stones. Vintage, similar to the antique pieces, but the designs and fire-gilding are less elaborate, some non-traditional stones and glass cabochons. New pieces are lightweight silver, white metal or silver plate, little or no fire-gilding, stones are often replaced with glass or dyed stones. The prices vary accordingly so there is something for every budget.
