- This light tan sedimentary rock is mostly limestone. It's often dyed to imitate other stones, but I like the natural best.
- More subtle than stark white, it works really well with many natural and organic materials like batik bone, wood, horn, antler, and amber, as well as a surprising number of gemstones and some ancient or ethnographic beads.
