- Vintage (from the 1990s) Indian chevron beads 28mm long by 13-15mm diameter
- The Indians started making beads for export in a big way in the 1990s, mostly featuring replicas of various popular beads from the African trade, including chevrons. These are curtesy of the Beadazzled Falls Church Store's inventory
- Before the Indians could perfect the process the Chinese got in on the act and with better equipment and facilities took over the global new chevron bead business

- The Indian beads have their own simple charm and the price fits a lot of budgets
- Collectors might want to get a few because I don't think these are being made anymore.
