- Patti Dougherty uses Moretti glass in soft jewel tones with iridescent surface enamel heated onto the bead in the flame she also like to overlay transparent colors to create an etherial watercolor effect, and here she has finished off the hearts with carefully placed dots.
- Patti received her MFA from Maryland Institute of Fine Arts and BFA from Tyler School of Art, Temple University. Her work has been featured in "Beads by Artists", "Art Glass" and a variety of fine craft publications
