Description
- Extra long 35-inch strand of grey and brown clay beads including tubes, bicone shapes with a very few antique glass beads mixed in.
- There seems to be little known about these beads which are "found in the Sahara" are presumed to be indigenous.
- The appear to be hard-fired and quite durable, and if they are contemporary with the glass beads on the strands they could be 1000+ years old, from a time when Islam was spreading out from Saudi Arabia towards West Africa.
