- Vintage Indian silver from my favorite Jain silversmithing family in Jaipur
- Almost round openwork beads 13mm diameter with elegant double collars
- These remind me of the designs of window latices in Rajasthan or some Indian pottery patterns.
- An added benefit of the openwork is that are quite light making them great for earrings as well as all other jewelry creations
- These were bought during the 1980s when the silver business was booming in Jaipur, India. Both the quality of the silver and the workmanship were excellent.
- The result: beautiful beads, strong enough to be durable, yet light enough to be comfortably wearable and affordable.
