- Seven very small brick brown beads with white and blue designs, 13x6mm, one cornflower blue opaque "vasaline" bead and two small blue disks with white dots
- Made in Venice, Italy 1700s to early 1900s for the African trade
- Only one set available
- Mosaic trade beads are instantly mesmerizing It can take a little longer to appreciate the beads African traders call "Good Beads", meaning valuable. They are more subtle, older and bear some scars, but their subtle beauty endures.
- I'm rediscovering my appreciation for them as I prepare this launch, and have started designing with them again. I love how easily the various sizes, shapes and colors combine so harmoniously.
