- Vintage bone beads from China carved with basketweave patterns combined with semi-hollow carved round vintage bone beads, dark brown wood rondelles, Czech glass and bone light brown rondelles, and brass discs.
- Length 24 inches, strung on Flex-Rite mini cable
- I'm always inspired when I start pulling beads for each Beadazzled eblast and this month I finally let myself express that inspiration by making some necklaces with the same, and similar, beads to those being posted this month.
- I love color, but sometimes, rather than mixing hues, I'll go with a monochromatic design like this one. If you look closely at a color wheel (I particularly like the one we sell: FIT-4) you'll see that all the tints and shades in this necklace belong to the Yellow-Orange color family. That's what gives the design monochromatic harmony. The contrast of light and dark expressions of the color add interest and set off the beautifully carved bone beads.
