- Tiny Antique Russian Blue faceted cobalt blue large hole (relative to their size)
- 3x3 to 4x4mm on broken 21-inch strand. This tiny size is extremely rare.
- Russian blues were made in Bohemia, now the Czech Republic, and made it to Russia as early as the 1700s. They may have gotten there overland from Europe or shipped to Canton and passed on to Russian fur traders who sold them to the indigenous peoples of Alaska in exchange for animal pelts
- Russian blue made it to Africa by the 1800s and this strand is from there.
