We met Bernadette in the early 1990s at the first Glass Beadmaker's Conference where she was the first Native American contemporary glass beadmaker and just getting started.
Her well-deserved reputation has grown greatly since then and she has been featured in many publications, represented in galleries, presented demos and shows and received several important honors in the field.
