Description

  • These findings are priced and sold individually
  • These have a lot of names: peanut clasp or bean clasp for their shape, or bayonet push pull clasp for how they functions.
  • Gold plated clasps 20mm long with small rings at both ends and a pea, bean or peanut shape depending on who's naming them.
  • These came to me from the closed Falls Church Beadazzled store and Pat tells me they were very popular with people who have arthritic fingers.
  • To hopen them you need to grasp one side of the necklace with one hand and simply press down on the opposite end of the clasp. The slight pressure will release the catch allowing you to pull they tiny bayonet out.
  • The image above the penny shows the claps closed, below the penny you can see the two parts separated.
