These rare and collectible beads have picked up the "fireside" name Jack Reese. I wish I knew why.
I have several of these beads, but each is unique. I'm listing some now and working on gently cleaning others for future uploading.
These beads are far more fragile than other trade beads, so it's not surprising that few have survived the long journeys and rough treatment that trade beads undergo.
