- With a BA in Mathematics and a Masters in Fine Art, Kathleen's mastery of complex designs and color combos is not surprising. It was a joy knowing her when she lived in the DC area.
- Inspired by her time living in such exotic places as Turkey and Saudi Arabia, Kathleen translated the art and adornment of those regions into Fimo, the new material taking the US by storm in the early 1980s. She invented many of the techniques required and continues to create and teach at the highest level.
