- Like flowers blooming in green fields, multicolor murrine adorn the center and the ends of this bead. What appears to be greenery behind them is the outer skin of murrine canes laid down parallel to the the perforation.
- A rare and distinctive and beautiful bead that used up a lot of potential murrine to create this special effect!
- Made in Venice, Italy for the African trade, mid-1800s to early 1900s
