- Antique millefiori Venetian trade bead 30x14mm
- Nearly half as this as it is long, this bead looks tough. Hot and dark colors no doubt support the effect. This bead looks powerful and important. A little less so when magnified to reveal the little flowers at its core :)
- Made in Venice, Italy for the African Trade, mid- 1800s to early 1900s
- It does have a chip at one end, but the rarity of this pattern overrides that, for me at least.
