- Vintage Faturan resin beads from a worry bead strand, 11x10mm, Set of 21
- These beads have markings that according to one story were made by pressing hot sesame seeds onto the resin. I'm think these marks on these beads are more likely to be made by a miniature branding iron featuring 4 triangles shapes.
- Persia and some other Muslim countries, special strands of beads serve a dual purpose. They were originally and traditionally used for counting prayers, but now also double as worry beads, a "fidget tool" to relieve stress. Heaven knows we could all use some of that right now.
- On the other hand these would make fantastic earrings and/or a bracelet.
