These are too regular to be antique. They may be vintage, or newer.
Semi-matte finish in a nice cornflower blue that the Fulani are particularly fond of, which is why it's possible that these are new beads that have simply been strung for the African trade.
In any case, both the color and the finish work nicely with the Awale beads and some of the blue Watermelon beads.
