- The skills required to shape these tiny rondelles with simple tools is impressive
- The craftsmen were trained by an archeologist friend who realized that well made copies of ancient beads would reduce the incentive to loot his site
- Part of me wishes they hadn't been dyed, but I have to admit the color is pretty great. It's now from this part of the world so I can't say how well it will hold up.
