The price of turquoise has risen drastically in recent years. This is older stock from Beadazzled's Falls Church store.
The color is nice, but the ends of many of these beads are uneven so they are best strung with something, even a small seed bead, in between them to help them hang more smoothly. Using them in multi-strand necklaces, especially asymmetrical ones, is another way to use irregular beads effectively.
