- Turquoise, long tapered cylinder shape. Sizes vary within the strand from 26-35mm long by 12-16mm wide.
- I think if these as "wild" as opposed to "domesticated" turquoise beads, no primping or processing here, just the natural stone, proud to be exactly what it is.
- Roughly the size and shape of dzi beads, these vintage (or older) natural Tibetan turquoise beads came to us from Chinatown antique store that was closing.
- The natural color varies from a light to darker blue/green turquoise. They have bold matrix patterns.
- Turquoise gets its blue color from copper and its green from iron
