- So called "watermelon beads" flattened ovals of off white moon glass with blue stripes on 20-inch Strand. Sadly about 1/3 of the beads are broke so the price is 50% off
- Strictly speaking the term "watermelon" should only refer to pinched green or teal chevron beads of more or less this shape. However the name is now so widely mis-applied that there's no use trying to correct it.
- Whatever the name, these are an early example of useful spacer beads, great for bracelets because they are flat and also nice in earrings.
